    We are located at 2435 Webster Street, Suite 101, in Berkeley, CA.

    Look for our logo on the front of the building!

    Ample street parking is also available nearby.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    We are open every day (including weekends) from 10:00am - 8:00pm and closed on Wednesdays to catch up on sleep, exercise, and spend time with family and friends.

  • What types of insurance do you take?

    We accept all types of major insurance.

  • What kinds of payment options do you offer?

    We accept cash, all major credit cards, checks, and CareCredit.

  • Do you offer a free consultation?

    Yes! We would love to speak with you about all things dermatology and answer any questions that you might have.

  • What are your prices?

    Unfortunately, it's difficult to determine how best to serve you without a consultation.

    Please stop by for our free consultation service and we will be more than happy to provide you with an accurate assessment and pricing.

  • What is your cancellation / late policy?

    We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please call us and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

    We ask that all patients arrive no later than 10 minutes past their appointment time to allow for the best experience.

    We also operate a coffee shop in the facility so please feel free to stop by earlier for a cup.

  • Are you affiliated with Alta Bates?

    No, but they are our friendly neighbors.

  • Why is it important to have a board-certified dermatologist?

    The American Academy of Dermatology (the largest dermatology organization worldwide) believes the optimum degree of dermatologic care is delivered when a board-certified physician dermatologist provides direct, on-site supervision to all non-dermatologist personnel.   • Do you accept walk-ins?

    We do accept walk-ins to the extent we have availability. We can take down your number while you grab a snack at Whole Foods (down the street) and give you a call if anything opens up.

  • Do you guys really have Netflix and HBO?

    Yes… and free artisanal coffee (binge away!)

  • How did you get your name?

    She married her husband and took his last name.

  • What is the meaning of the name Icecreamwala?

    Icecreamwala originates from India and translates into "Ice cream seller".

    Her husband's great-grandfather sold ice cream to kids and his last name was changed when the British occupied India.
