A:For our Berkeley office, we are located at 2435 Webster Street, Suite 101, Berkeley, CA.
Look for our logo on the front of the building!
Street parking is available at our Berkeley location.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Hours of Operation are as follows:
Mon: 8am -12pm
Tue - Wed: 9am -1pm; 2pm - 6pm
Thurs - Fri: 8am -12pm; 1pm - 5pm
Q: What types of insurance do you take?
A: We accept all types of major insurance.

Q: What kinds of payment options do you offer?
A: We accept cash, all major credit cards, checks, and CareCredit.
Q: Do you offer a free consultation?
A: Yes! We offer complimentary consultations for all of our cosmetic services and would love to answer any questions you might have!
Q: What are your prices?
A: Unfortunately, it's difficult to determine how best to serve you without a consultation.

Q: What is your cancellation / late policy?
A: Each time a patient misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another patient is prevented from receiving care. Therefore, patients who do not show up for their appointment without a call to cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment time will be considered as NO SHOW.
NorCal Dermatoloy Group has in effect a fee of $50.00 for all missed appointments (“no shows”). “No Show” fees will be billed to the patient. This fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid in full prior to your next appointment.
Q: Are you affiliated with Alta Bates?
A: No, but they are our friendly neighbors.
Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: We do accept walk-ins to the extent we have availability. We can take down your number and give you a call if anything opens up.
